One example of muamalah is leasing, leasing transactions that are often
found in the community, namely tourism bus transportation rental services, with
leasing tourist buses it is very helpful because they can travel by land. Tourism Bus
Rental at PT. NTTS Transport and Travel applies an ijarah contract in the
transaction, where at PT. NTTS Transportation and Travel as Mu'jir (Lease Giver)
and the Renting is called Musta'jir.
This study aims to: 1) find out the Indonesian MUI Sharia Council Fatwa
No 112/DSN/MUI/IX/2017 on leasing, 2) find out how the practice of leasing
tourism buses at PT.NTTS Jetis Ponorogo Transportation and Travel, and 3) find
out the analysis of Islamic law and DSN MUI Fatwa NO. 112/DSNMUI/IX/2017
regarding the practice of leasing (Ijarah) tourism buses at PT.NTTS Transportation
and Travel Jetis Ponorogo.
The results of this study explain that: 1) Based on the Fatwa of the National
Syari'ah Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council No 112/DSN/MUI/2017
concerning Ijarah Contracts that there are Mu'jir and Musta'jir, Mahall Al-Manfa'ah,
Shighat and Ujrah. 2) the practice of renting a tourism bus at PT. NTTS
Transportation and Travel, starting with making an order by coming in person or
via online, (SMS, Whatsapp), then after placing an order and contract, proceed with
paying a down payment (DP) and paying it off D-1 from the departure schedule, 3)
In practice the Ijarah contract or leasing at PT. NTTS Transportation and Travel
according to Islamic Law are in accordance with the Al-Qur'an, sunnah and ijma'
