PERAN ORGANISASI SISWA INTRA MADRASAH (OSIM) DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER KEPEMIMPINAN SISWA DI MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI 1 PONOROGO TAHUN PELAJARAN 2021-2022

ABSTRACT
Nunik Liska Wanti,The Role of Intra Madrasah Student Organizations in Shaping Student Leadership Character in MTsN 1 Ponorogo 2021-2022 This script raises the title about The Role of Intra Madrasah Student Organizations in Shaping Student Leadership Character in MTsN 1 Ponorogo. This is motivated by Intra Madrasah Student Organizations of MTsN 1 Ponorogo not just as an organizational forum for students, But interact and cooperate between one student and another. Through the activities implemented by OSIM, students can form leadership characters.This research intend to describe the role of OSIM in shaping the character of leadership in MTsN 1 Ponorogo and efforts to shape the character of leadership in MTsN 1 Ponorogo. This research uses qualitative method. The subject of this research is the Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Supervisor of OSIM, chief and secretary of OSIM as informant. The object of this research is about The Role of Intra Madrasah Student Organizations in Shaping Student Leadership Character.
Research data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1). OSIM is a place to shape student leadership character, because in implement every activity students take turns being the chief executive
and event coordinators. OSIM's job is to act as a motivator for all students in school. (2). One of the efforts to shape the student's leadership character that is, by implement activities, because in implement these activities all the administrators and members of OSIM involved to make the event a success, and becoming acommittee, students' leadership character will be formed. OSIM activities that are very influential in shaping students' leadership character are Student Leadership Basic Training activities. These activities teach students to be responsible leaders
